Two years back I owned two sites and they did not have a good ranking in spite of me posting blogs regularly in the sites. When I expressed my woe to my friend, he gave me the address if the diy seo site and asked me to learn the basics if not in detail. At first I did not know the reason why he asked me to learn search engine optimization but after going through this site I came to understand the importance of search engine optimization in the promotion of a website. I implied whatever I learned in my website and within two weeks I saw great improvement in the ranking of my website.

Now, my site appears in the first page of famous search engines like Google and yahoo and I am making a lot of money. With the knowledge I got on seo from this website, I bought five more sites last year and that too has been flourishing. I also plan to buy a few more sites within the next year and keep developing them by using all the knowledge I have on seo and I am sure I will be able to open a small scale software company and keep working on the many sites which has been my ambition for a long time.
