The Best Turkey Ever

Deep fry turkey! The first time I heard that term, some crazy things ran through my head. I thought about the health aspect and how fattening it must be. Why would I want to take a very healthy part of the meal and make it less healthy? Then, I tried a deep fried turkey and it was the best turkey I’d ever had so I decide to investigate further. A fried turkey is not like a fried chicken in that there is no batter to soak up all of the oil.
